Refund & Cancellation

​At Asif Nainital Booking, we strive to make your travel planning as smooth as possible. Since we act as an Independent Booking Agency (Middleman), our cancellation and refund rules are governed by the specific policies of the hotels we facilitate.

​1. Cancellation Policy

​Standard Cancellation: Any request to cancel a booking must be submitted via email to [contact@booknainitalhotels.in] or through our helpline.

​Timeline: Cancellation charges vary based on how close your check-in date is.

​15 days or more before check-in: [Insert % e.g., 10%] processing fee.

​7-14 days before check-in: [Insert % e.g., 50%] cancellation charge.

​Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund (100% charge).

​Hotel Rules: Please note that specific hotels (like Arif Castles) may have their own peak-season policies which will override our general terms.

​2. Refund Process

​Approval: Once a cancellation is approved by the hotel, we will initiate your refund.

​Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

​Timeline: It usually takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account/statement.

​3. Service Fees

​As an independent agency, the service/consultancy fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable, as it covers the administrative costs of managing your reservation.

​4. No-Show Policy

​If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice ("No-Show"), the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

​5. Force Majeure (Special Conditions)

​In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or road closures in Nainital, refunds will be subject to the hotel's discretion and local hospitality guidelines.
